Received text Apple ID Restricted? Legit or spam

Hi i received a text from this number +44 7708123795 saying:


iTunes: Your Apple ID has been restricted. To fully restore your services, please visit https://apple.com.itunes-account.services/ to confirm your details.


is this spam or legit and does my account passwords need changing? Thanks :)

Apple won't send you an email/text telling you your account is disabled/restricted  or will be disabled/restricted. You will find out the next time you try to log in somewhere.
