A new sign-in with a new device on my account

I have changed my password, deleted the device in settings and changed my security questions- is there anything else I need to do so that this new device that is based in China has no access to my account?

That should be enough to stop future logins. You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
