Medallia 3 App/Terms of Service

I have a few users unable to accept the Terms of Service trying to install this App (Medallia 3). There is no "accept" button anywhere on the screen even after scrolling through the entire document. Naturally this causes the install to fail, yet they will be constantly bombed with the "Allow app and book assignment" prompt.


This app is pushed via Intune, error from server is below.

VPP App licensing pending user consent. Ensure the user has accepted the VPP management invite.


We tried manually installing the app, and it will silence the pop up notices briefly, but it will come back with a vengeance.

-tried hard restarts

-have un-enrolled/re-enrolled the devices.

-Wiped the devices

Issue remains. Thoughts?
