Can not repair red giant service

When I run a repair on red giant application manager it says "The operation couldn’t be completed. (CFErrorDomainLaunchd error 9.)" and when I try to install the latest application manager It say "Authorization failed" any help?

"Apple Business Manager has stopped responding" error we use to have access to the portal "apple business manager" but after renewing the certificate to install it in the MDM next login always get an error apple business Manager has stopped responding same account i am able to use in other login pages but not apple business manager. From what I have seen - they mention compatible with macOS 11.0 but nothing about 11.4. Check with the Developer for more information on Big Sur 11.4
