"Apple Business Manager has stopped responding" error

we use to have access to the portal "apple business manager" but after renewing the certificate to install it in the MDM next login always get an error apple business Manager has stopped responding same account i am able to use in other login pages but not apple business manager.

You may have a point, but the problem is: unless you are running ABM, there is no way to help since we cannot check on the problem because we cannot duplicate it. I cannot even sign into their support page "this Apple ID is not valid",


So if it is not working, speak with your IT person or ABM designated contact and have them deal with it and Apple.
