we use to have access to the portal "apple business manager" but after renewing the certificate to install it in the MDM next login always get an error apple business Manager has stopped responding same account i am able to use in other login pages but not apple business manager.

If it is a problem with an iPhone, certainly. In this case, it appears to be a server or admin/authentication problem. If I was having the OP's problem, I'd most likely call that division:

What browser are you using? I've had issues with Chrome (but not so much with Edge which is weird because they're basically the same), but I've never had an issue with Safari.
Chrome and edge use the same engine and for testing purposes should be considered the same browser. What happens when you try to access in Firefox, Brave, Opera, and/or Safari?

Sorry, but we are all other end users here and most of us are not at all familiar with Apple Business Manager - they have their own separate support and you do need to deal with them. These forums are not the right platform for you to get help.

i was suppose to recommend any thing except for apple to be used by the company.
no need to be sorry , I did not meant any thing toward the end users it's was only me stating my frustration with the apple support process and the bad experience i have with them.
I think the end users is more capable of solving apple issues then apple support.

You may have a point, but the problem is: unless you are running ABM, there is no way to help since we cannot check on the problem because we cannot duplicate it. I cannot even sign into their support page "this Apple ID is not valid",
So if it is not working, speak with your IT person or ABM designated contact and have them deal with it and Apple.
These business forums are absolutely an acceptable place to get support for this. There aren't many of us here, but a few of us do work with ABM/ASM on a daily basis and can very much provide helpful insight.
There are still members here who encounter these things. There is currently a bug with reseller numbers showing as null. I don't have a long term fix, but I did discover a workaround that even Apple Support wasn't aware of.
