Limited warranty only 1 year?

Apple’s default device warranty has always been one year. Adding AppleCare+ to an iOS device will add one additional year of coverage.

All Apple devices have a 1 year warranty. This is nothing new.

Where are you located? Some countries have legal requirements that there be additional statutory warranties on top of an expressed warranty, although they can be tricky to enforce.
