My phone cannot connect to internet, none of my apps work. When connected to Wifi it does. I have tried restarting my phone, resetting network settings, it still is not working. What to do?

The carrier is in charge of your data access. If you have all switches on for the phone, then they are the next ones to speak to.
So, you are saying that your iPhone cannot connect to cellular data? Do you have cellular data turned on? Are you connected to your carrier, and do you see a signal showing in the status bar?What troubleshooting have you tried, have you contacted your carrier?
Yes data is turned on and I do have signal in my status bar. I have not contacted my carrier yet that is my next step. I was trying to see if there would be anything I could try before that but seems like I have run out things to try.
