How do I get Mail that I have deleted go delete from all of my devices

If the mail accounts are IMAP or Exchange, they should delete from all devices at the same time. If an account is POP, they won't. Do you know if your mail account is set up as IMAP or Exchange? You can check with the mail provider to determine how their account is managed.
