Airprinting Problem

Having problem Airprinting photos to Canon MG6320 from wife's iPhone and iPad, but works fine with my iPhone and iPad. At a loss after making sure latest IOS version 12.3.1 and confirming all devices on the same network. Wife's iPhone won't even recognize the Canon printer used to print photos, but does recognize the HP laser printer. Wife's iPad, recognizes and activates the Canon printer, but it responds by shooting paper through without engaging the print heads. My iPhone and iPad activates the Canon printer, and it lays ink to paper, so probably not a printer setting issue. All 4 devices have no problem with the HP laser, but laser is not designed to print decent quality photos. Any suggestions would be helpful.
