"Marvell Semiconductor Inc" was blocked from loading

I have suddenly received this error from my 2013 Mac Pro, 10.13.6. I have NO IDEA where it is caused from. I should NOT BE SUBJECTED to error messages where there is no context provided. I need to feel safe that such scary errors CAN NOT SUDDENLY HAPPEN without very explicit explanation of what has changed and why it is happening. Otherwise, how can I trust Apple software and hardware?

The Community is not a resource for such errors. It should be available from Apple Support directly.
