My iMessage will not work and I have to send all my texts as text messages, when I go to send an iMessage the app bugs out and I’m not able to send it, is there any way to fix this so I can use iMessage again?

Make sure you have International SMS enabled by your carrier.
Apple use it to authenticate you on it's iMessage server.
Note: iPhone supported carriers waived the charges.
