Hello,
I have a problem with my Appstore, I am not able to download or update my Apps. I am signed in, CC verified so I dont know why it does not allow me for updates. It always says that basically my account was restricted from Appstore and Itunes.
Please see the picture attached. I hope you can help.

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
