Can't delete qmasterd file in 'Incompatible Software'

I have tried every method I can find but can't find a way to delete this file. It seems to be protected even though the host application Compressor has long been deleted from my Mac. If I try to delete this file I get the message below. I have also attached a grab showing the permissions for the file.

Any advice, anyone?

Thanks, Phil

You would have to disable SIP to remove it. Since it can't run from its location it really doesn't hurt anything but…

See: https://www.imore.com/how-turn-system-integrity-protection-macos

Make sure to re-enable SIP when finished.
