Family Sharing - Screen time is blank

Screen time shows blank when I try to turn it on via Family Sharing. I have the latest ios and my child’s ipad was already added to Family Sharing.

I also can’t add a family if I just go directly to screen time.

Does anybody have the same issue? Anybody know what i can do to fix this?
