When ever i open icloud drive app in app store it says some of its features not available u cant download even though m using i phonex with latest update its so frustrating

If you are just trying to sync your iCloud data to your new phone, go to Settings/Your Name/iCloud, sign in with the same ID used to sync the data, and turn desired syncing on. Allow plenty of time for the sync to complete, especially the photos.
