All 17 songs on purchased album appear to have downloaded but 4 will not play

I purchased an album on iTunes with 17 songs and all songs appear to have downloaded. All 17 songs show up in my Library and in my Purchase History. But 4 songs will not play; when playing the album, songs #6, 9, 11 and 13 are skipped over. When I try to click on those particular songs separately, I get an error message that says my computer is not authorized to play that song and it asks for my Apple ID and password. When I enter that info, it just says that my computer is already authorized. Thank you for your help!

Delete and redownload them. If it's not free in your country, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.

I followed the instructions you suggested and was able to redownload the album. However, the problem still persists and has even gotten worse. On my first download of the 17 songs, I was unable to play 4 of them. Now with the second download, I am unable to play 7 songs!

Thank you for your help - I appreciate it! But I think it's time to contact customer service to see if they can resolve this.

Thanks again!
