I have written off money from the account. I do not understand why? There is no such purchase in my purchase history. and I only have a subscription to Apple music. I ask you to return the funds mistakenly written off.

Have you checked the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts linked to the card ?

What is a 'card imitation' ?


help please understand.

If it doesn't show on the purchase histories, and it's not an authorisation hold, contact the card issuer.
