Hello Apple customer support team. I write you about program Instories: Insta story maker. I tested the program on a paid subscription in the free period. Since it does not suit me, after few I will click the button to cancel a paid subscription. But on July 18, my credit card was charged for the purchase of a paid subscription. Very strange why this happened. I remember exactly what I was doing canceling a paid subscription during the test period. I would like to request a refund because this program does not suit me and I do not want to use it. thanks
