Subscription issue

I already am paying $5 a month for the youcamperfect app I put a new card on file this morning I have not even used the app yet I was trying to repay the $5 subscription but it charged me $33

now my account is overdrawn so I canceled the subscription because why would I need both also again never used the $33 one and never planned on it how do I get a refund for this particular subscription?
