How to get apps on my Apple TV4

How do I search and how to I add apps to my Apple TV 4? I was expecting more choices on the home screen.

Apple TV 4, tvOS 12

I was guided to download the https://start.watchown.tv/activate. They supplied a code, and now to activate, I need to give my

TV provider, but I only have antenna TV and Apple TV. So, who is my provider??

No, not to access those apps as they would only authenticate using a cable subscription.

If you wanted to view your local OTA channels from the antenna on an Apple TV you would need to purchase an HD home run, which connects to the antenna and makes it available to the network. You would then download the channels app on Apple TV to view that content there.

If you only have an antenna, you don't have a TV provider. Some content providers will only give you access to the app if you have a TV provider. Seems pretty stupid to me but, I'm not in charge.
