I used to be able to select 8x10 while printing but now I can only select 4x7 or 5x7. 5x7 will print on 8x10 paper but is a 5x7. I can not print anything on 8x10 size. How can I select 8x10 to print that size?

I am using the iPhone 8 plus and iPhone 6 with the Epson FX820 printer. Both iPhones used to print to 8x10 paper but now neither one will print. It only shows 4x6 or 5x7 options only. If you select 5x7 it print to 8x10 paper but the document will be in a 5x7 format instead of 8x10 format. How can the be changed for 8 X10 formats for documents?
