Can't get one child to join Apple music family subscription

For some reason this account cannot log into Apple music on any device. Account belongs to a 12 year old and is a member of the family.

Thanks for the additional information. If you believe there’s currently an Apple Music trial active on that account, you can cancel it using the steps below before trying to add it to the Apple Music Family Subscription:


View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
