updated to IOS 13.3 now my phone screen is black

I can her it clicking when I touch the screen and I see back light. Have no Idea what to do

There is no 13.3 iOS. If you are talking about 12.3.1, then force reboot your device. go to this link - If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
