110 to 220 Volt

I bought a Mac mini in Canada, which has 110 Volt power, can I plug into New Zealand main power which is 220 Volt?

All Mac minis have had a universal global power supplies. What Neil is referring to is the fact that models from 2010 onwards i.e. the aluminium 'unibody' versions which have a built-in internal power supply merely need the power cable changing.

The older models with an external white power supply 'brick' also only need the cable changing.

You can of course simply use a travel plug adapter, it is not necessary to get a power transformer from 110v to 220v.
