Can't send emails from one of my accounts on iPhone 7 IOS12.3.1

I have two accounts on my iPhone 7 (IOS 12.3.1). The one which is set to the default sends and receives no problem, the other receives only and comes up with an error messaging saying the Outgoing Server does not allow relaying.

I have tried changing the default and still get the same message.

I have also checked the Outgoing Server information and it is the same as I use on my MacBook Pro which works fine.

Any ideas??

Good afternoon leigh216,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

I understand you are having an issue sending mail from one particular email account on your iPhone 7. The resources below will help you with this:

If you can’t send or receive emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Mail Settings Lookup

"Need to verify your email settings? Simply enter your email address below and we will use it to provide your Mail settings."

If you are using third-party software to manage your iCloud email, you may need to use an app-specific password:

Mail server settings for iCloud email clients

If this is an IMAP account and you confirmed the email is available to you at the provider's website, then you can remove the email account, restart your iPhone, and try adding it again.

Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Take care.
