Cant make in app purchase

I can’t make an in app purchase but I was able to earlier today does anyone know what is going on?

iPhone 6s, iOS 12

Well... it’s telling me that my purchase can not be completed and tells me to go to a link to contact someone but I don’t understand why it is doing that because I have more than enough money and I was able to purchase from the app last night.

If you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support have you contacted them as instructed ? We are fellow users, we won't know why you are being told to contact them.
