Cannot Reset Security Questions
Hello,
I am trying to login to my Apple ID. I do remember my password, but forgot my security questions. Now it is not letting me login. I get the message:
Cannot Reset Security Questions
We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions.
I followed the article and went on iforgot.apple.com, but it is still not allowing me to login. Can some one please help me. I guess, I can create a new ID, but that would really suck because I would lose a lot of my purchases.
