Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

When I want to reset the questions it is giving the following error; "Cannot Reset Security Questions We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions."

When I try to login, after entering my password, Apple ID is asking me to answer security questions. I don't remember the answers to these questions. I am stuck and can't login even if I know my password. It might be because I haven't logged in for more than 8 years but is there no way to recover my account?
