Has anybody come across Artemis Results in System Preferences

I was in System Preferences today when I noticed a new icon: Profiles.

I'd not seen this before... inside Profiles was some kind of configuration script for "Artemis Results" referring to something in Chrome.

Has anyone come across this before and what does it mean? I don't recall installing anything on that date. A quick search doesn't revel much other than references to a malware that infects Windows.

Hi, thanks for reply. I've check Chrome preferences and it appears to be modifying my search options: Chrome > Preferences > Search Engine revealed "ArtemisResultsEngine is controlling this setting".

I'm wondering if one of the kids has clicked on something. Anyway, I've disabled it from Chrome and deleted it under the Profiles. Incidentally it also changed my Chrome homepage and added a custom search engine, I don't like it wherever it came from, reminiscent of those Windows days when IE wouldn't play ball.
