i keep getting widget pop up saying my mac has been attacked

I keep getting a widget pop up that is a system settings icon. It appears saying things like "you mac is attacked"/ "macOS virus detect" / "your Gmail is attacked", etc ). Then it says "click here." There is a bad site attached via the link. How do I go about fixing this issue? The internal widget pop up is troubling...

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.4
