Locked Phone
Hi there I have bought a phone but it's locked under an apple ID the lady doesn't know the ID is there anyway I can use the phone without these details and use my Apple ID??
She will have to sign out of the phone and turn Find My Phone off. If she can't do that, the phone is worthless to you. Ask for a refund.
