can't upload own ringtone, itunes 12.9.5.7

hello!

since itunes update to 12.9.5.7 i can't upload my own created ringtone. doing everything how i was doing it previously:

  • creating .m4r file,
  • moving it into Tones section
  • synchronizing

and after that uploaded ringtone was in tones section.

now if i'am trying to do same - itunes showing me message "blabla.m4r was not copied to iphone 8 plus because it cannot be replayed on that iphone".

tried to google that problem but found nothing useless.

any advice?

regards,

See Repair security permissions for iTunes for Windows - Apple Community for a possible fix for the Create AAC Version issue. Drag and drop a valid .m4r file onto the device where it appears in the iTunes sidebar ought to work.
