Connection to itunes

I am changing sim in my iPhone which I have been told by my supplier that I need to connect to iTunes to finish the unlock, how do I do this if I only have an iPad

Then you'll need to borrow a computer (Mac or PC) running the latest version of iTunes, there is no way around this.
