Hi there I’ve just purchased a friends iPhone 8 pulse but unfortunately it’s on 02 and would like it unlocking to EE if possible my friend has phone 02 up to try get it unlocked for me but as it’s a new phone and hasn’t had his SIM card in the phone there was unable to do it so was wondering if you could help cheers Kyle

If that device is locked to a specific carrier (O2), only that carrier can unlock it, if the device is eligible.

This is a user to user forum and Apple is not here. The only way to get the phone unlocked is to work with 02. You will need to find out what they require to get the phone unlocked.
