iMac Keyboard stopped working

Hi

I moved my iMac earlier today and cleaned the keyboard (with a cloth) put it all back together and some of the letters on the keyboard wouldn't work. Now none of them work. I've unplugged everything & rebooted it several times but they keyboard is still as dead as a Dodo. I work from home so need to get this sorted ASAP if anyone can help. Many thanks in advance
