i don't understand how a blacklisted iPhone 5 is the support sim card ?and the iPhone 6 is also the blacklisted but the iphone 6 isn't supported sim card ?

The statement does not support a SIM refers to a locked phone trying to be activated on a network, not the one it is currently locked to. Blacklisted devices are ones that are not able to be activated because the carrier has blacklisted them. There is a difference between being blacklisted and being a device locked to another carrier.
