My Ipad is locked. I can not open any icon on the screen.

Thank you very much for your suggestion. For this case, I have no problem with my iPad passcode.
It happened that the screen is locked and I can't use any command in each icon on the screen.
So I can' t use any application now.
The Apple Centre is expecting to help me.
