Mojave and MS Office 2011

Microsoft never tested Office 2011 for Mac with either High Sierra or Mojave, and Microsoft retired the product in Oct 2017. The current Office365, Office 2016 for Mac, and Office 2019 for Mac are the only supported, 64-bit Office products on Sierra, High Sierra, and Mojave.

Neither Microsoft, nor Apple are going to help you with any Mojave issues that develop with Office 2011 for Mac.

This site, often used to validate version compatibility, says Office 2011 does not work on MacOS Mojave.

And to add to all this. Even if Office 2011 would work on Mojave. With the upcoming Catalina it would be out anyways. Catalina only supports 64-bits software.

As far as I know in most countries Office for Mac 2016 is available as a one-off purchase if you don't want to rent 365. If you only have the one Mac, spending $150 (for the home version without Outlook) is better than a “forever” 365 subscription. Even if 2011 did work you would not get security updates. It’s unsupported.

I don't think Microsoft would even be up for Customer Service being that support has ended for MS Office 2011, way-back-when. Thing is, contact the Developer of the Software, whomever it is, if you need to get the 64-bit version in exchange for whatever software you have.
