I recently replaced my expired Visa card with a new updated card with the same number but a different expiration date and security code. I can't verify my card and I can't delete it. What do I do ? I can't make any purchases on anything linked to iTunes.

Try adding the new card and removing the old one via https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage
