iPhone Trade-In

The back of my iPhone 8 is cracked. It turns on and all the buttons works. Does Apple allow trade-ins in such cases?

Because of your iPhone's condition, after you are asked these two questions and answer "No" as you must, based on the descriptions, you will see a response that your iPhone is "ready to recycle"; in other words, you will receive no trade-in value.
