Apple ID password
hello :I bought a new IPhone but I had forgotten my Apple ID password so the guy at AT n T requested help and it stated I will not receive instructions until 24hours. Then I remembered my password but it will not let enter it now?
What happens when you try? Error message(s)? Since you did the I forgot password, you may have to wait. Some other things to try to see if you can sign in.
Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
