i have purchased Apple Watch series 4. but when i try to setup ECG app in Health app it is not showing the path to configure.
my country is Sri Lanka and Region is South Asia.
please help me to sort out this issue.

Apple is the most secretive country in the world and they have to get approval from the health department officials of the Sri Lankan government, another group not especially forthcoming. Nobody has any realistic idea when that will happen.
when will they enable it , any idea
