Order Processing Help !

OK so someone ordered me a iPhone XR on Sunday online and I got the confirmation email but shortly after that they emailed me saying that they needed action required before they could ship the phone the person who bought me the phone talk to his bank and talk to Apple to confirm that it was him that ordered the phone and to clear the payment transaction and my order still says processing it hasn’t moved and I haven’t got a new email with my tracking number is this something I should be worried about the payment not go through? It’s supposed to get shipped today on the 23rd but I haven’t got any updates was going on ? 😩
