How do I downgrade from iOS 13 Public Beta to iOS 12.4

I’m on iOS 13 Public Beta 2. I’ve tried to remove the beta profile and then restarting my phone, but the software update still won’t appear. Do I have to downgrade with PC or can I do it without?

Anyone that can help?
