Error when trying to add a payment method

When I try to add a payment method I click done and I was given an error iTunes Store and Apple Music cannot process your request at this time, I tried to add a payment method every hour, but the next day it was written that I contact support.

iPhone X, iOS 12

Have you contacted iTunes Support ? If not you should do so : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
