My app for App Store is home.

can not get into the site to get it again.

The App Store app is not one of the apps that can be deleted. If it is not visible, the usual reason is that a restriction has been placed on purchasing. See: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
