Contacts still on old phone

Contacts still on old phone

Deleted & factory reset etc to give my phone to my Mum & notice all my contacts are still on there, as well as my Mum’s. Any ideas why & how I can remove without having to go through manually?

Sounds like you did not properly reset the device.

i mean that you not reset properly. I think that you need to try to reset another one time, but first get off your account of the iphone

It’s very frustrating as I followed the instructions to the letter. And also it’s not even ALL contacts, just some so that suggests a blip rather than user error?
