It appears you've installed some malware or some third party software app that displays a crawling bug.
You can try running MalwareBytes to help identify the malware or you can post an Etrecheck report which may help us to identify the source of your issue.
The video resolution is too poor for me to see if it is an actual insect.

It has to be an actual bug. That's what the lack of seeing it in a screen shot proves.
If software was putting the bug on the screen, then it would be part of the display buffer. As part of the buffer, a screen shot couldn't help but capture it.
I assume it's there all the time, whatever you're looking at? That sounds like an actual bug - a tiny one - that's managed to crawl behind the glass. There's not a lot you can do about it, but it will die soon. Whether it will crawl off the screen to do it is another matter.
Notice that it's not in fact pixel shape, it's elongated and it's not fanciful to see a thorax and abdomen.
You didn't confirm whether it's visible at all times. Have you tried restarting in safe mode - hold the shift key down while booting, this disables all startup items: release the key when you get to the login. Note that it can take longer than usual to boot as it will run a basic diagnostic.
Everything looks OK except for multiple AV apps. Malwarebytes is OK, uninstall others as per the developer's instructions. No Anti-Virus software or so-called “cleaning” apps are needed or recommended for Mac OS. They can conflict with Mac's own built-in security. At best they will slow your Mac by using unnecessary resources and at worst will bork your entire system.
Etrecheck does not check for real insects, which is what I believe you have in the 27" display. I had the same a few years back. It died and must have dropped to the bottom. It hasn't troubled me since.
It's malware.....not a real insect. malwarebytes : shows nothing
I note that the insect is not visible on my laptop, only my 27" monitor. I guess it's a real insect in my monitor.
Thank you.....
That's clearly an insect.

If it was malware, it would show up in a screen shot.
Trust me I know the difference. Some kind of startup item.....
What do I look for in Etre check?

FWIW, if it was software, the GPU would have to generate it and as I mentioned, would show in a screen shot.

No, it's pixels that making the image. Not an actual insect.
From your description you said "bug". You also said it was "crawling around on screen". Pixels do not crawl around nor are they bugs. Tell us what is actually happening.
