A black dot on the camera lense

Out of nowhere i discoverd that everytime i try to use my camera on my 7months old iPhone XS, the shadow/dot it there. This apparater for 2 weeks ago. I never dropped the phone or been close to wather. The shadow/dot has moved from one side of the screen to the other.

i have cleaned the lense, turned of and on my phone etc. and it is still there. It is only on the camera or my resent photos from the past 2 weeks so it is not something wrong with my screen. What is this with my camera and what can i do?
