transfer data

Im trying to transfer my data from my android device to my i phone. I used the move to ios app but every time i type the confirmation code into my android device to connect to my i phone there's a message that pops up on the android saying "cant connect to this device". does anyone know how to fix this problem or another way to transfer my data.
